Toggl
For time tracking we use Toggl. Please create an account with your inspiredminds email address here. We will then grant access to the inspiredminds workspace. Toggl is used for two things for our employees: tracking time to a project as well as booking daily attendance.
Project tracking
For tracking time to a project, simply use the default “Timer Mode”.
- If you are working on a specific GitLab issue for example, set the description of your time tracking entry to
#123 | Ticket title(where #123 is the issue number). - Set the appropriate project, if the task belongs to a specific project.
- Some projects require additional tagging.
Attendance tracking
At the end of your day, simply use the “Manual Mode”.
- The description does not matter in this case.
- Set the project to the attendance project assigned to you.
- Set the start and end time according to your attendance.
