For password management and sharing we are using Passbolt. You should receive an invite to your email account with instructions on how to set up an account of your own.
Important: you need to save the private key that will be generated during your account setup in a secure location! Store it in a custom folder within your ownCloud account for example. This key is required to recover your account when necessary, or to access the passwords from a different machine.
