Data will be shared via our own ownCloud instance on https://owncloud.inspiredminds.at/. When your account is created you will receive an email to your Google G Suite email address with further instructions.
After setting up your account, you can configure your desktop client. Feel free to also use the mobile clients. You can access your ownCloud account via the aforementioned URL from anywhere.
Data will usually be shared on a per-project or per-client basis to the ownCloud users.
Among other features, ownCloud also supports calendar hosting via CalDAV. We are currently only hosting a shred meeting room calendar among the office users.
Use the following URL to add your calendar account from the ownCloud instance, using your ownCloud credentials:

Just like other cloud services like Dropbox etc., you can create public links and provide upload folders. Besides calendars, ownCloud also supports contact management via CardDAV.
